Retreat 7: Spring Quilt Retreat - Berlin, Ohio April 23-26,2026. Come and join Side Stitchin' at our Spring Quilt Retreat! We will once again be at the Comfort Inn Berlin Hotel and Conference Center in the heart of Amish Country! The fun begins at noon on April23 and runs until 4:00 pm on Sunday, April 26. Stay for almost four days and work on your own sewing projects, laugh with old and new friends, and enjoy a wide variety of Amish food and shopping.
