P-101: Bargello
We will be making a table runner or table topper using ten (10) 2.5" strips. Color selection and beginning bargello techniques will be discusses. Participants should be able to complete a large portion of the project in class. Notes from the class will be provided.
Materials Included:
We will provide irons, ironing boards, and cutting mats for your use.
Requirements:
Supplies Needed: "Jelly Roll Bargello Quilts" by Karin Hellaby book. (This is available at the shop for $18.95.) - Jelly Roll of your choice (we will only be using 10 strips since this is an introductory class) OR Ten (10) 2.5" x WOF strips cut from selected fabrics or stash (fabric should be from similar colorways and values or a collection). - Sewing machine and basic sewing equipment including your favorite rulers.
